3/20/09 First Day of Spring!

Can you believe it? Today is officially the first day of Spring! Well at least that's what it says on my calendar. You can definitely tell the weather is changing and getting warmer, i love it! Im actually really excited because that means Summer is right around the corner. Summer is such a great time of year and then, well you know what that means?...Our wedding will be here before you know it!

3/19/09 Segways....

What is this world coming to?? I never thought i would have the chance to ride one, but im glad i did. Too bad they start at $8,000! Its basically an electronic scooter, but better. Im not really sure how to describe it...





My dad is the boss man at at Security Company in the heart of Silicon Valley, he gets to ride this around the office and grounds. Im jealous..

3/18/09- SHOES!

So, i have been looking a wedding dress shoes the past 6 months and i cannot decide on a pair!! I think partly it's becuase i am limited to the hight of the heel. Eugene is 5'8 and im 5'6 1/2....I dont want to look taller than him so i need to go with something short. Well to be quite honest, all of the low heel shoes im find are pretty fugly!!

I never knew shoes that will most likely not even be seen could be so hard to find. It's actually pretty stupid and petty, but i am the bride and i guess a little "zilla" is allowed to show at times, hee hee.

Ok, so i've posted a few of my final contestats..what do you think? Any favs?

Rise and Shine!

I managed to get my butt to work today... im usually the first one in the office in my department, so its so lonely until about 8-8:30. Then you can tell it starts to get louder and louder.

I can honestly say i work with the best group of people i have ever worked with. We are just one big family..i know that sounds weird. I've never worked anywhere that people were so friendly and welcoming. I guess because prior to this job i was laid off from my last one and the people i worked for were just so rude and there was way too much micromanaging going on.

Well as you can see from this picture, im already logged on to my blog at 8:00am! Haha i think this bad economy crap is starting to take a toll on my job. I work internationally and my desk has been SLAMMED the past few months. The last week or so, the workflow has gotten drastically slower =(, so sad...

First one...

So i'm not 100% on how this whole "blog" thing works, but i will try and keep you posted daily.

I was inspired by one of the girls on the wedding planning website that i visit daily, http://www.theknot.com/. It is so convenient for all of your planning needs.

ANYWAY...it is called Project 365, basically taking a picture every day and posting a little something . It doesn't have to be much...i may even just type in a "hi" and that would be it.
